HOW TO MEET AND PICK UP WOMEN – here are the basics

Meeting and picking up women seems to baffle most guys. Once you follow these basic steps, you’ll find it to be quite enjoyable!

• Check out her situation
  • Is she alone or with a group of people?
    • If she’s alone, she is more than likely waiting for someone or some other people. Women are social creatures and are VERY RARELY alone in public settings.
    • If she’s with a group of people, she’s going to be more comfortable and willing to be approached by you.
  • Is she looking at you or just looking around?

• • • If you have noticed that she has been glancing at you more than twice, this is very good. She more than likely wants you to approach and talk with her.
    • If she is just looking around, it’s not that she hasn’t noticed you – it may be just her checking out the scene.
  • Is she dressed conservatively or provocatively?
    • If she is dressed casually, she is probably just enjoying the environment and is open to chatting.
    • If she is dressed provocatively, she is seeking attention and wants to be approached.
  • Does she look bored with the people around her?
    • If so, you may well be a welcome relief from her situation
• Make initial eye contact
  • A quick glance or two at her or even in her direction is best to see if she is checking you out. For heaven’s sake, DON’T STARE! It doesn’t matter how attractive she is, if she feels like you are staring at her, you’re done. She needs to be intrigued by you, not freaked out.
• Take one more glance at her to confirm that she’s into you
  • If she looks receptive, great – you’re on your way
  • If she purposefully avoids your eye contact, better leave this one alone – she’s not into you – find someone else.
• If all is good so far, then make your approach while keeping your eyes on her
  
• Whatever you do, do NOT use a pickup line. Women have heard all of them and besides being lame, they just make you look like an idiot.
  • All you need to say is something like, “How’s it going?” or “How are you?”
  • No matter what she says, you need to ask a question to break the ice
    • There are tons out there, but some of the best are:
      • “What’s your name?” – wow, shocker, but it’s one of the best!
      • “Where’s your boyfriend?” – you are finding something out as well as initiating the conversation. If she says she doesn’t have one, great – your on your way. If she he’s in the bathroom, well…you probably know what to do.
